Informing your students about copyright

In this webinar, Vanessa Tuckfield looks at vicarious liability for copyright infringement and the risks infringing students can pose to the organisation. It explores steps organisations can take to mitigate the risks and effectively manage copyright works within their organisations.

Vanessa Tuckfield is the Copyright Manager for the Australian Catholic University, and a casual teacher, teaching copyright subjects to musicians, and film and media students. Vanessa has worked consistently in the copyright field for 20 years, commencing in a publishing house, and specialising in copyright in education now for almost 15 years.
