    By signing this application I:

    • confirm that I am an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
    • confirm that my Training Provider has a current VET funding contract under the 2017 Skills First program.
    • agree to provide proof of enrolment and expenditure on enrolment and mandated course materials.
    • Agree to complete the following mandatory requirements of the Academic grant program:
      • acceptance into an approved post-graduate qualification;
      • participation in scheduled VDC grant participant activities;
      • attendance at four VDC Professional Development Program events and participation in the Teaching and Learning Conference 2017;
      • active engagement in five work-based coaching and mentoring program sessions;
      • completion of a brief reflective report on your experiences and program outcomes to the VDC.
    • agree to notify the VDC the outcomes and provide details of my study progress by 1 December 2017.
