Our versatile spaces include an executive boardroom, a small meeting or training room and a seminar room that can accommodate up to 100 people. Our facilities also include acces to our modern break out area.

Whether your guests are joining in virtually or in person, access to our Zoom Rooms with dedicated ceiling microphones and speakers ensure a fully interactive experience.

Catering
The VDC provide complimentary tea, coffee and water to all guests. We also offer a range of catering options to suit your needs and dietary requirements. To view our catering menu or arrange a quote, please contact our friendly staff.

Disability Access
Our building accommodates all wheel chair users, with a platform lift located at the entrance on Collins Street. We also have hearing loops installed in each room, and if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Administrative Support
VDC can offer support to your meetings by printing and organising name tags, scanning, copying and printing documents and binding resources. Our friendly staff will also be there to meet and greet your guests at reception and show them through the premises.

As our premises are offering professional learning and training, our facility has Class 9b certification. Unlike standard commercial office facilities, class 9b has more stringent requirements particularly when it comes to Exit/Emergency lighting, fire services including detection and suppression, egress from the premises, etc
