Charlotte Follett is an Apprentice Florist at Jacinta’s Flower Studio in Geelong, training through The Gordon TAFE. A lifelong lover of flowers and a natural visual learner, Charlotte turned work experience with a local flower grower into a blossoming career path in floral design. Her talent earned her a second-place finish at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show before she claimed the Gold Medal at the 2025 WorldSkills National Championships. Charlotte describes the experience as one that pushed her far beyond her comfort zone – competing before thousands of spectators – yet proved to her that she had the confidence and creativity to perform at the highest level. She describes herself as kind, creative, and organised, and hopes to one day work on large-scale events such as weddings. Charlotte will represent Australia in Floristry at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026.
