Justin is a Principal Research Fellow in the Tertiary and Professional Education Research Program at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) in Melbourne. He has contributed to over 50 educational research and evaluation projects in Australia and internationally over 20 years. He is currently leading an independent evaluation of the VET Development Centre’s Professional Learning Program.
Since joining ACER in 2009, he has led research and evaluation projects for a diverse range of clients including governments, industry peak bodies and providers. His research interests focus on tertiary education pathways and the school-to-work transition. Prior to joining ACER, Justin was a researcher with PhillipsKPA and IDP Education Australia in Sydney.
