Michele Tocci has a passion for impactful education, creating engaging, student-centred learning environments that drive real change. With extensive experience in professional development, she has worked with VET teachers, trainers, and managers to refine their teaching strategies and communication skills.
Beyond the education sector, Michele has delivered leadership and management training across diverse industries, including construction, transport, manufacturing, and hospitality, working closely with industry clients to develop workforce capability.
She has led the Trade Educators Workshop Series, developed impactful learning interventions, and conducted research into behavioural change in education. Michele was a finalist for Educator of the Year at Chisholm Institute and is a recipient of a VET International Practitioner Fellowship from the International Specialised Skills Institute and the Victoria Skills Authority.
