In 2025, Paul was awarded an ISS Institute Fellowship to investigate international best practice models for building gender-equitable cultures in vocational education and training. His work focuses on translating research, sector frameworks, and inclusive practice principles into practical strategies that support both educator capability and positive student outcomes.
