Sam Crowe

TAFE Queensland Senior Advisor Educator Capability

Sam’s career started in the hospitality industry, where she gained experience in customer service and event management. She later moved to advertising, working as a Department Manager and Staff Trainer, managing advertising budgets and training staff in media planning and buying.

For the past 13 years Sam has worked for TAFE Queensland in teaching and L&D roles. In her current role as Senior Advisor Educator Capability, she develops professional learning plans and conducts training to improve educators’ teaching skills and digital capabilities. Sam is a member of the TAFE Queensland Artificial Intelligence Taskforce, where she leads working groups on learning and assessment, product development, technical support, and academic integrity, ensuring there is a continued focus on AI integration in education.

Throughout her career, Sam has been recognised with numerous accolades, including the recent recognition of ‘Educational Leader 2024’. She remains committed to empowering educators with the skills required to navigate the evolving educational landscape.
