Samuel Tan is the Lead Counsellor at the Australian Trauma Education Centre and a Lecturer at Chisholm Institute. With extensive experience in trauma-informed counselling and tertiary education, he supports diverse learners and educators across vocational and higher education. Samuel is passionate about integrating creative, somatic, and emerging technologies (including AI) to make trauma-aware practice more accessible, empowering, and sustainable. He is known for delivering engaging, heart-centred, and often humorous workshops that help educators move from awareness to confident, joyful implementation.
