Learning Development Lead

Vicki is a seasoned Educational Project Manager who excels in implementing organizational vision and driving innovation in online learning. Recently, I led the transformation of seven flagship Health and Community Services qualifications for Bendigo Kangan Institute as a pilot for an institute-wide program. Before that, I delivered a college-wide transformation project at RMIT’s College of Business and Law, managed the trailblazing RMIT micro-credentials development program, and contributed to the innovative online master’s program at the University of Melbourne. These projects involved setting up course development processes, developing pedagogical models, piloting scalable and quality course design solutions, and evaluating the micro-credentials program.

My career in education began when I realized I was spending a lot of time traveling as a regulatory adviser for the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman, facilitating compliance training for telcos. After a particularly hectic trip, I proposed developing online modules, and my career in educational project management took off!

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Art, Health, Dispute Resolution and Education. I’m a big believer in lifelong learning and often use myself as an example of the importance of transferable skills to change not only jobs but also careers. I love yoga and scuba diving and don’t do enough of either!
