The VDC Professional Learning Program Semester 2 will be available shortly. Our program offers the highly popular weekly VDC VET chats, industry focussed sessions and professional learning sessions under several relevant topic areas for VET Practitioners and emerging leaders. All sessions are conducted online in an interactive virtual format ranging from 30-minute VET Chats, one-hour webinars and 1.5-hour virtual workshops.

LEVELS
VDC programs have been categorised as either Introductory, Intermediate or Advanced to describe the level of content being presented in the training. The categories are aligned to the levels in the VET Practitioner Capability Framework (IBSA 2011). The level descriptions are provided below.
INTRODUCTORY
(New to the topic)
These sessions are aimed at practitioners that have a broad theoretical knowledge and practical experience of training and assessment; they operate independently and seek guidance when necessary.
INTERMEDIATE
(Build on your existing Knowledge)
These sessions are aimed at practitioners that have specialised theoretical knowledge and practical experience of training and assessment; they employ a wide range of teaching and assessment methods and provide guidance and support to practitioners.
ADVANCED
These sessions are aimed at practitioners that have in-depth knowledge and established skills to shape a team’s training and assessment practice; they inspire others, lead change processes and provide specialist advice and support.
