Over the past few editions of VDC News, we’ve been highlighting the Keynote Speakers, so let’s introduce Keynote Speaker, Lisa McInnes-Smith, expert on shifting performance. Lisa will be joining us on Day 2 of the conference with her presentation, ‘Uncovering Why Less, Really is More’.

With a wealth of experience as a sports psychologist, she has honed practical tools and wisdom to empower individuals to elevate their performance and reach new heights.
