VDC Director Clive Driscoll passed away on Sunday 16 June. His memorial service was held at the Melbourne Cricket Club members dining room on Monday 24 June.
Clive was an outstanding contributor and dedicated supporter to the VDC over many years, joining the VDC as an independent director of the audit committee in 2009 and becoming a board director in 2019. His expertise, wisdom, manner and personality will be sorely missed.

Clive Driscoll passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, surrounded by loved ones, listening to his favourite music. He was happy and content within his passing, leaving a lasting legacy and eternal memories. He is survived by his loving children, Guy, Georgia, Kimberley and Holly, and also his partner Lee-Louise. He is also remembered from his previous wife, Sophia. He will be forever loved and missed.
Clive worked at the MCC for over 20 years. His most recent position was the General Manager, Finance & Business Performance.
He had extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership, working directly with Board Directors, Lawyers, Banks and Governments with an established record for adding value to the business. He was highly skilled in financial, strategy, risk, governance and information technology management, which includes budgeting, forecasts, cash control, IT infrastructure, IT Governance, risk and project management.
