VDC continues to enhance its approach to professional learning by introducing new programs that address current challenges in today’s learning environment. Designed with you in mind, the semester 2 program allows you to choose from a variety of PD opportunities, including in-person workshops, virtual workshops, webinars, deep-dive webinars, VET chats, and the VDC eLearns for flexible, self-paced learning.
Together with an already diverse range of CPD options for the VET sector, a key element of the 2025 Semester 2 program is going live with the Revised RTO Standards through masterclasses and a series of deep dive webinars. The sessions will delve into, and dissect, the components of the revised Standards, outcomes, supporting documents and quality areas, discussing the strategic and operational considerations that RTOs should be making as they prepare to transition to the new Standards.
Further topics cover areas such as AI, Assessment Essentials, Industry Engagement, Leadership & Management, Mapping & Validation, Quality, Compliance & Auditing, Teaching & Learning Strategies, and Sustainability—something for everyone, no matter your focus.
