Platforms such as MS Teams and Webex can also be utilised. Projectors, 4K LCD screens, hearing loops, flip charts and electronic whiteboards ensure your presentations are delivered at the highest quality.
TRAINING ROOMS
The VET Development Centre is situated at the corner of Collins and Queen Streets, and boasts an abundance of light and spectacular views of Melbourne city. In 2022 our multifaceted spaces were upgraded with revolutionary video conferencing technology providing a full collaborative experience for your guests whether they choose to participate in person or virtually. Ceiling mounted microphones and speakers allow full coverage across the entire room, while 4K LCD screens or ceiling mounted projectors ensure your presentations are delivered at the highest quality. Our rooms have free Wi-Fi and hearing loops, and complimentary flip charts and electronic whiteboards are available at your request.

Disability Access
Our building accommodates all wheel chair users, with a platform lift located at the entrance on Collins Street. We also have hearing loops installed in each room, and if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Administrative Support
VDC can offer support to your meetings by printing and organising name tags, scanning, copying and printing documents and binding resources. Our friendly staff will also be there to meet and greet your guests at reception and show them through the premises.

The VDC provide complimentary tea, coffee and water to all guests. We also offer a range of catering options to suit your needs and dietary requirements. To view our catering menu or arrange a quote, please contact our friendly staff.

As our premises are offering professional learning and training, our facility has Class 9b certification. Unlike standard commercial office facilities, class 9b has more stringent requirements particularly when it comes to Exit/Emergency lighting, fire services including detection and suppression, egress from the premises, etc
