The Community Colleges Australia (CCA) 2024 Annual Conference returns to Sydney on 21-23 October 2024 with the Conference theme of “Creative Resilience: Adapting and thriving in an uncertain world”.
CCA invites you to explore our world as we face unprecedented challenges and opportunities including the paradoxes of the existential threat of a climate crisis to the opportunities in decarbonising our economy; from the international rise in Nationalist populism to a new Internationalism in youth and social justice movements; from the critical need for foundational skills resourcing to the rise of Artificial Intelligence and the opportunities that are emerging in new and digital economies.
The CCA 2024 Conference will facilitate capability and improve how we navigate this unique time, through exploration of key questions:
How can community education providers adapt and innovate in this complex and uncertain environment?
How can they leverage their creativity to meet the needs and aspirations of their learners and stakeholders?
How can they foster a culture of resilience that enables them to overcome difficulties and achieve goals?
The 2024 Community Colleges Australia conference will explore these questions and more. You will hear from inspiring speakers who will share their stories and insights on how they have used creativity to overcome challenges, create positive change, and make a difference in their communities. You will also have the opportunity to network with peers, partners, and experts, and to participate in interactive workshops and sessions that will help you develop your own creative resilience skills and strategies.
