From a conceptual idea between Sarah and Alex to celebrating our 6th birthday, Pop Education has grown into a company of 14 amazing staff plus 7 amazing regular contractors and we are so proud of our work, our reputation and the amazing partnerships we have built over the years.
Our portfolio of success includes over 30 State and Federal Government contracts and the development of over 600 units of competency and 150 higher education modules. We have partnered with over 20 TAFE providers and have facilitated over 300 workshops, webinars and conference presentations. You may say we have perfected the art of courseware development, assessment and curriculum design!
Our work includes building courseware from scratch – either fully online or a blended solution or we can tweak and polish existing materials, so they shine. We work within our client’s systems, budgets and requirements and as we are a curious bunch, we love a good challenge. You might say we are built on curiosity.
Our learning designers collectively have a background in every education sector and understand what makes a learning experience enjoyable and relevant. Our custom-built programs are engaging and leverage from real-world training and assessment experiences. We assist with not only compliant delivery but learning that provides real workplace knowledge and skills.
As experts, our learning and assessment designers are regularly called upon to deliver professional development workshops and webinars to enhance or refresh the skills of industry colleagues. They regularly attend professional development opportunities themselves to ensure the information we provide in both our webinars and our learning design solutions is current and at the forefront of industry.
At Pop, we worked remotely and flexibly before it was a necessity and we understand the complexities, as well as the advantages, of learning in this way. We know what works in an online learning environment because we have lived it! And we love nothing more than getting the team together at our Bendigo head office to foster creativity, brainstorm solutions and explore the possibilities of what we can offer our clients.
