Helen’s extensive experience in leadership, management, education, training and facilitating allows her to draw from many fields of current ideas and research, including neuroscience, various leadership theories, innovation and creativity.

‘Micro-credentials – upskilling and reskilling for your future’

  • Presented by Giulietta Costa – Product Development Manager, Australian Training Products

Giulietta is a multi-disciplined design professional with 10 years’ experience in designing and project managing accredited and non-accredited courses including professional learning, Micro-credentials, Certificate through to Masters level courses within the private and public sector, Higher Education, RTO and commercial settings.

‘Building confidence in career self-management’

  • Presented by Bernadette Gigliotti – CEO, Australian Centre for Career Education, & Craig Eastwood – Program Manager – Major Projects, Australian Centre for Career Education

Bernadette Gigliotti is the Chief Executive Officer of the ACCE. The ACCE is a founding member of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) the national peak industry body for career practitioners in Australia.

Craig is an experienced Career Guidance practitioner with strong business acumen developed across a broad range of commercial, financial and management roles. He has progressed professionally in Corporate (Siemens Ltd), Not-for-profit (Cycling Victoria/AusCycling) and Educational (Head Start) settings.

Chris Smith is ReadyTech’s resident education technology futurist, acting as a changemaker for both the Australian education sector and ReadyTech’s teams alike with his advocacy for future readiness through technology.
